Bật trước lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 375 độ F. Phi lê gà rửa sạch, cắt khối vuông nhỏ. Bạn cho nước vào 1 cái tô chịu nhiệt, đặt vào lò vi sóng quay trong 1 phút, sau đó cho bơ đậu phộng, dầu olive, giấm táo, tỏi băm, gừng băm, tương ớt, nước tương vào khuấy cho hòa quyện.
Cho thịt vào khay nướng, đổ phần nước sốt vào. Cho khay gà vào lò nướng trong 20 phút hoặc đến khi thịt gà chín hoàn toàn. Thịt gà chín, bạn lấy ra rắc đậu phộng và vài lá rau thơm lên, để nguội khoảng vài phút trước khi ăn nhé.
Món này tuyệt vời nhất là khi được dùng kèm với cơm trắng, bún, bánh mì nha bạn ơi. Hương vị hòa hòa giữa các vị béo, mặn, cay khiến ai một lần được nếm thử cũng không thể nào quên.
