Chuẩn bị chảo cho dầu vào, đợi dầu nóng, thả gà viên vào chiên đến khi vàng. Vớt gà ra rồi để cho thật ráo dầu.
Chuẩn bị một chén tương ớt, tương cà và sốt mayonnaise dùng kèm nhé!
