Cắt xoài thành miếng, cho vào máy xay cùng với 15ml nước đường.
Cho 80ml sữa chua và xoài đã xay và ly đong. Thêm nước đường vào sao cho hỗn hợp đạt 500ml thì đổ ra tô và trộn thật đều.
Trong 1 tô khác, đánh đều sữa chua và số nước đường còn lại.
Đặt cả hai tô vào trong tủ lạnh 30-60 phút cho các hỗn hợp trở nên đặc, rắn hơn.
Lấy xoài và sữa chua ra khỏi tủ lạnh, đổ cứ một lớp xoài lại một lớp sữa chua vào khuôn làm kem que. Dùng màng bọc thực phẩm quấn để đậy kín. Dùng kéo cắt một lỗ nhỏ phần màng bọc trên miệng cốc kem rồi cắm que vào.
Đặt trong ngăn đá 4-5 tiếng cho tới khi kem đông lại thì có thể thưởng thức.
