Chuối chiên xù ngọt béo với những trái chuối chín mềm thơm, áo đều hỗn hợp trứng bột mì, rồi lăn qua bột chiên xù, đem chiên chín vàng giòn, thơm béo trong nhiều dầu ăn.

Chuối chín mua về đem bóc vỏ rồi thái thành từng miếng nhỏ. Đánh tan 2 quả trứng sau đó thêm 4 muỗng canh bột mì vào trộn đều. Nhúng chuối qua hỗn hợp bột ướt rồi áo đều qua lớp bột chiên xù.

Đun sôi nhiều dầu ăn trong nồi nhỏ (cho tiết kiệm dầu), thả nhẹ nhàng các miếng chuối đã áo bột vào chiên chín vàng giòn thì vớt ra để ráo dầu.
