Cho bắp và nước vào nồi nấu trên lửa vừa trong khoảng 30 phút. Cho nước cốt dừa, đường, muối vào nồi, nấu cho hỗn hợp sôi trở lại thì khuấy đều, nấu thêm 8-10 phút nữa. Nêm nếm vừa vị. Chắt bỏ nước ngâm bột báng, cho bột báng vào nồi nấu thêm 2 phút, khuấy đều, tắt bếp, dùng nóng hoặc dùng lạnh tùy thích. Bạn có thể để trong tủ lạnh ăn dần trong 2 ngày nếu muốn.
