Khi nước cạn, đậu và nước đường quyện vào nhau sền sệt tắt bếp cho chè kho ra khuôn, rắc ít vừng rang lên trên mặt. Nhâm nhi một miếng chè kho cùng tách chà nóng còn gì tuyệt hơn nhỉ!
